Application Terms

By submitting an application through Apply Turkey, you (and, where applicable, the agent acting on your behalf) agree to the following:

1. Truthfulness of information

You declare that all information provided in your profile and application is true, complete and accurate, and that all uploaded documents are genuine and unaltered. Submitting false or forged documents will lead to rejection of the application and may result in account termination and reporting to the relevant university.

2. Document requirements

• Upload clear, legible scans of original documents.
• Documents not in English or Turkish may require a certified translation; some universities require notarization or apostille — check the program's requirements.
• Staff may request replacement or additional documents; applications cannot proceed until required documents are accepted.

3. Sharing with universities

You consent to your application details and supporting documents being shared with each university you apply to, for the purpose of assessing your application.

4. Agents acting on your behalf

If an agent submits an application for you, you confirm that you have authorized that agent to act on your behalf and to share your information and documents as needed for the application.

5. No guarantee of admission

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission, scholarship award, or visa issuance. Admission decisions rest solely with the universities.

6. Fees

Using Apply Turkey to submit applications is free for students. Universities may charge their own application fees, which are displayed on the course page where applicable and are non-refundable unless the university states otherwise.

7. Application numbers

Each application receives a unique application number for tracking. Quote it in all correspondence about that application.

8. Withdrawal

You may withdraw an application from your dashboard before a final decision is recorded. Withdrawing does not entitle you to a refund of any university application fee.

9. Data handling

Application data and documents are handled according to our privacy policy and document privacy policy.
